Founder & Managing Director

Mr. H.A.K. Chinthaka Madusanka is the Founder and Managing Director of Lily Ceylon, providing strategic leadership and direction to drive the company’s growth and long-term success. He established the company in 2023 following his graduation, with a clear vision of promoting high-quality Ceylon cinnamon and value-added products to the global market.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Kelaniya, which has strengthened his knowledge in management, communication, and organizational development. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, he plays an active role in overseeing production, sales, marketing, and administrative operations.

His practical approach and commitment to quality have enabled Lily Ceylon to maintain high standards while adapting to evolving market demands. Through his leadership, the company continues to expand its presence and work towards achieving its long-term goals and international recognition.
